1. Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

HRV measures the variation in time between consecutive heartbeats. Lower HRV is strongly correlated with accelerated biological aging, cardiovascular risk, and reduced recovery capacity. 150AGE captures RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50, LF/HF ratio, and total power — a full spectral HRV analysis previously only available in clinical ECG devices.

2. Overnight Heart Rate
